Restore a purchase

Open Settings in Abstract Mood and tap Restore, beside Restore purchase. Use the Apple Account you bought it with.

Manage or cancel your yearly plan

In Abstract Mood, open Settings and tap Manage. You can also open your iPhone’s Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions.

Refunds

Apple handles payments and refunds for the App Store. Ask for one at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Where are my paintings?

On your iPhone, and in your iPhone’s backups. They never reach us.

Erase your data

Open Settings, tap Erase all my data, then hold down Hold to erase for two seconds. Your paintings, moments, titles and signature are removed from this iPhone. Your purchase is not affected.

Daily reminder

In Settings, turn Daily reminder on or off. Tap it to choose its time.

Ad measurement

Abstract Mood shows no ads. If you allowed ad measurement, turn it off in Settings, under Privacy.
