Abstract Mood is licensed to you under Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, with these terms from Mercurial Medicine added.

What Abstract Mood is

An app that turns the moments you mark into a painting each month. It is not a medical or mental health service: it doesn’t diagnose, treat or advise. If you are struggling, please talk to someone you trust or to a professional.

Plans

Painting needs a plan. The yearly plan starts with a free month when one is offered, then renews every year at the price shown until you cancel it in your Apple Account settings at least 24 hours before it renews. Lifetime is a single payment that never renews, and it can be shared through Family Sharing. Prices are shown in the app before you buy. Apple charges for the plans and handles refunds.

When a plan ends

Your paintings and your year stay in the app to look at and share. Painting new moments needs a plan again.

Your paintings

The paintings made from your moments are yours to keep, share and print.

Using the app

Please don’t copy, resell, reverse engineer or misuse the app. We work to keep it running well, but it is provided as it is, as far as the law allows. Nothing in these terms takes away your rights as a consumer.

Changes

If these terms change, the app tells you before the changes take effect.
